The best stock to buy right now -$DWAC
A family member of mine is a professional stock trader so what I post here is what I am currently investing in myself. please remember this is not financial advice just what my family and I personally invest in based on our family member who consistently trades stocks.
We have invested in the warrants of the SPAC company DWAC who is set to merge with TMTG.
You can currently buy the warrants for $20 each and the stock for $45 each per share.
The merger is set for March 22nd of 2024 and approved already by the SEC. Once the merger is complete the warrants will become worth the same price as the stock minus the cost to convert them.
My family member predicts that with the government giving it's stamp of approval recently the merger will cause confidence in the stock to soar driving it back up towards its previous high of $175 per share. Please keep in mind that the Google mountain charts do not show you this previous high as it only shows the closing price for each day of the stock. You would need to look at a candle chart to accurately assess daily highs.
Why did the stock go down in the first place? The Chairman of the SEC 2 years ago started committing illegal actions against this stock for political gain. He has subsequently been convicted and fired from his role for the harm he caused to the retail investors is this stock which is another reason investors expect to see a recovery soon.
For context the family member who gave me this trip made $400,000 on GameStop with a small day trade and also bought the stock AMD at $3 per share, it is now valued at $178 a share just years later. He has previously made friends, family members and coworkers 100% returns from his general tips he gives out. He day trades, does weekly trades, monthly trades and longer investments. His track record is immaculate... so why doesn't he work for a bank or large institution? Because he has often found they are corrupt and act in their own interests as well as the fact they would control what he does and take a cut of his trades.
He even has a letter from the SEC stating that he is being watched by the government because he moves more than 20 million shares per day in the markets.
Why am I telling you this? Simply to give you context of who he is and what he has done. I want you to be able to make your own informed financial decisions in 2024 and have a fruitful year. I cannot share any personal details of this family member out of respect to him due to safety concerns.
Like I said this is not financial advise, and there is a lot to know when it comes to buying stocks and choosing the right brokerage. However I would have felt bad if my husband and I become millionaires next month on this trade and I didn't say anything to my community as this is my first big trade since coming out of university and saving my first $25,000 to open my trading account!
Myself, my mom, husband, and our cousin bought into the warrants at $10 each (per warrant) but it is still early.
