When you're not feeling well, simple daily tasks and academic responsibilities can become overwhelming. In my experience, acknowledging this and seeking support from campus health services made a significant difference. I also found that focusing on small lifestyle changes helped strengthen my immune response over time—prioritizing sleep, staying hydrated, and managing stress through mindfulness and light exercise. Connecting with others who understand this struggle made me feel less isolated, and sharing these experiences can be incredibly empowering.
