we prioritize REALISTIC consistency in a way that fits each of our lives, because we know that every single one of us has a different 24-hours.

In this house we acknowledge that a 19-minute mile counts JUST as much as a 9-minute mile. Because it takes grit and mental toughness to get the hell outside, regardless of how long it takes you to finish a kilometre.

In this house we know that running fcking sucks sometimes. And if you don’t agree, you’re lying to yourself and everyone else. Or you’re a robot. Hard to say. 👾

In this house we take walking breaks, we stop to watch the flowers and the leaves and the tress sway in the wind, we curse and we cry and we back out of races when they just don’t feel right. We have weeks where everything goes perfectly, and we have weeks where we don’t run a metre, and that’s okay, because we know that’s life.

Here’s another starter house-build idea. 🏠 Start by building a 10x10 square with stone blocks, then on top of that build a 10x9 square. On top of that add two 3x3 squares and connect those with more stone blocks (repeat this part twice). 🏠 Then add your interior floor and some support beams.
