No but for real, plz someone help me lol #curlyhair #curlyhairproblems #frizzyhair
Managing frizz with natural curly hair can often feel like a daily challenge, but I've found some techniques that really make a difference. Firstly, hydration is key—deep conditioning treatments once a week can help replenish moisture lost throughout the week. I always make sure to use sulfate-free shampoos, as harsh detergents strip the hair of natural oils, causing more frizz. Another game-changer for me was switching to a microfiber towel or a cotton t-shirt to dry my curls gently, avoiding rough towel-drying which can disturb the curl pattern and increase frizz. I also apply a leave-in conditioner or curl cream while my hair is still damp to lock in moisture and enhance curl definition. Sometimes, a light oil like argan or jojoba can seal the cuticle and add shine, reducing that 'obscene amount of frizz' many of us deal with. Lastly, protective hairstyles, especially overnight, such as loose braids or a pineapple updo, help prevent friction and frizz while I sleep. These small adjustments have noticeably improved the health and look of my curls, and I hope sharing these tips helps others on their curly hair journey.
