Grieving the loss while processing the physical and hormonal changes of postpartum was exhausting but necessary. What helped me most was connecting with communities and resources focused on #childloss and #stillborn experiences. Sharing my story openly with supportive friends and others who understood brought immense relief. I also found that honoring the memory of my baby, whether through rituals, writing, or simply holding space for my feelings, allowed me to nurture my identity as a mother, even without my child physically present. It’s a path filled with ups and downs, but it's possible to find moments of peace and hope. If you’re walking a similar path, remember you’re not alone.
