Postpartum Essentials 💛
Hi Mamas! Now that we’re in the third trimester, I’m getting all that I can ready for after birth! These are some products I’ve been gifted which I’m very grateful for and I’ve heard help tremendously for the healing process after baby comes! I have heard of many other products too, which I’d love to share eventually, but these are the ones I have currently! To all you mamas out there, what are your favorite postpartum healing products that you would recommend? Comment below! As a first time mom, this is all new to me and I’m navigating new territory as I learn more and more each day! I honestly have loved learning so much about everyone else’s experiences! And still do! I also understand that every mama has their own individual stories, pregnancies, and births, and it is so unique to every individual mama! I am walking into this new season praying that the Lord equips me as I approach having our daughter and I am keeping an open mind as I educate myself and learn more! It’s all a learning and growing process and I love each day of it. How are you all feeling? How far along are you mamas? Comment below💝
Postpartum recovery can be a transformative experience, and having the right products on hand can make all the difference. Many new mothers find that Lansinoh COLD PACKS & HOT POSTPARTUM THERAPY packs are indispensable. These reusable packs allow for both hot and cold therapy, helping to soothe discomfort and promote healing. Another must-have is the homemade padsicle, which combines witch hazel and aloe vera for a refreshing and cooling effect. To make these, simply pour about 2-4 tablespoons of witch hazel onto a clean pad, layer it with aloe vera, fold it back up, and freeze. Maxi pads with instant ice functionality, like those from Frida Mom, offer absorbency combined with cooling therapy, providing relief where it’s needed the most. Additionally, a heated blanket can offer comfort during recovery, easing tension and cramping. Remember, everyone's postpartum experience is unique, so exploring various products can help you discover what works best for your body and healing process. Stay connected with other mamas to share tips and support each other through this exciting journey!
