Moraleja: Nunca digas nunca👀
As someone with curly hair, deciding to cut bangs can feel daunting because bangs require extra care, especially with textured hair that tends to be drier or more fragile. I can definitely relate to the struggle of maintaining bangs when my curls have their own mind and routine needs. One key lesson I learned is to always trim little by little—this allows you to adjust the length gradually without committing to a drastic change all at once. It also gives more room to correct the shape of the bangs if needed. Another helpful tip is to experiment with different ways of styling bangs with curly hair. Sometimes wearing them slightly to the side or embracing a piece-y, wispy fringe look can ease the maintenance. Using lightweight leave-in conditioners and avoid heavy products that weigh down curls will keep bangs looking fresh. Also, dampening bangs lightly before styling to reduce frizz can make a big difference. I used to think bangs weren’t for me because of how challenging it was, especially pairing it with my dyed curls, but now I realize that with patience and the right trimming approach, it can actually be a fun way to change up your look without too much hassle. Whether you’re team bangs or team no bangs, the important part is choosing what suits your lifestyle and hair texture best. Hair is such a personal expression and sometimes breaking your own rules leads to great results!
