These 3 things would be non-negotiable.👇

1️⃣ Lean sources of protein.

Protein helps keep you full, preserves muscle while dieting, and choosing leaner options lets you eat more for fewer calories.

2️⃣ Low-calorie fruit.

Berries are one of my favorites because they’re sweet, high in fiber, satisfying, and let you eat a much bigger portion for way fewer calories than most sweets.

3️⃣ A low-calorie dessert every day.

One of the biggest mistakes I used to make was cutting out every dessert.

It worked… until it didn’t.

Eventually I’d crave something sweet, overeat, and feel like I ruined all my progress.

Finding lower-calorie desserts I actually enjoyed made fat loss much easier to stick with.

Fat loss isn’t about suffering.

It’s about building habits you can repeat for months, not just a few days.

By finding healthier dessert options I genuinely enjoyed, I felt less deprived and more in control, making it easier to stay consistent. Fat loss isn't about suffering or extreme restriction; it's about developing a routine that you can maintain comfortably over months. This approach reduced the mental burden of dieting and helped me avoid the common pitfalls of feeling like I failed whenever I craved something sweet. Ultimately, the secret lies in balance: enjoying food while making choices that fuel your body and honor your progress.
