Foods that helped me lose 12 pounds in 5 weeks 🧛🏼♀️
Usually food helps me lose weight faster than working out and I do lose weight faster than most people! Just a disclaimer because I’ve been like this for years so my weight have always fluctuated since I was a teenager.
now these are some of my favorite meals I’ve eaten for lunch that have kept me full and satisfied until dinner! I started at 277 now I’m at 260 I count only 12 because I had on shoes and clothes when weight myself so I take a good 5 pounds off for that. I also go to the gym 3 days a week since I work full time and sometimes I’ll go 4 times a week. I do cardio (treadmill) and I do lifts on legs. That’s mainly what I’ve been doing but I may also work with doing more RDLS and stuff.
All of my meals consist of eating a high number of protein, mainly chicken and beans and then of course veggies are the main star. For lunch I like to eat salads cause other carbs make me feel tired so if I eat rice I do so at night so I can sleep lol. I tend to try and switch up my meals but I mainly meal prep so I don’t over eat or eat outside of my deficit. I do use calorie counting apps but I find them too confusing and I just make sure to intake properly for my macros and make sure I’m getting protein in every meal and less fats.
These aren’t all of my meals but I ate them a lot for a few weeks and so far I’m loving the results! I do take vitamins, but I’m still new to this so I’m still finding things that work lol.
