Think Greek yogurt instead of sugary desserts or grilled chicken instead of fried options. What’s great about these low-calorie swaps is that they don’t require strict dieting or cutting out carbs entirely—two approaches that can feel very restrictive and hard to maintain. Instead, they promote a sustainable lifestyle change that feels effortless over time. Lastly, planning your grocery list around these swaps makes your shopping trips efficient and keeps you on track. Having a list ensures you pick foods that align with your fat loss goals without feeling deprived.
