Integrating these simple, nutrient-dense foods into my daily routine has helped me stay mindful about what I eat, avoid unhealthy cravings, and steadily progress on my weight lost journey. Clean eating isn’t about strict restrictions but rather embracing nourishment that supports both body and mind.
