Strawberry cheesecake NEW YORK STYLE
I made the 0 point cheesecake and it's delicious! INGREDIENTS: 3 Eggs, 3 Cups Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt 1 small box instant sugar-free/fat-free cheesecake pudding 1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp sugar substitute I used splenda monk fruit
DIRECTIONS: In a mixing bowl add eggs, sugar substitute and vanilla extract and beat well. Add yogurt and pudding and beat some more. Pour into a lightly greased pie dish. I used Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before eating. I added 2 points with 3 Tbs of low fat cool whip but you don't need it at all. It's delicious as is.
