I know this is an odd request. But I was wondering if anyone can translate this cursive? It’s a recipe my friends mom wrote quite a while ago. I haven’t used cursive in 20 years and I can only read about 1/3 of this.

2 sticks butter 2 cups white long grain rice melt butter and rice, cook til rice looks glossy, stir often keep a kettle of water on the stove, hot to add to rice as it cooks add water as it looks glossy add 8 bullion cubes and one medium onion chopped. Have saffron in a pan with boiling water, adding to rice until blanched. Cut 3 to 4 times. keep adding water to saffron. cooling it discard saffron. Tennis ball size. Cook rice until desired consistency adding hot water as needed. When rice is done, add 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
