The verdict is in! 2 pounds down in a week!

The verdict is in! 2 pounds down since last Thursday! Again I really didn't change anything at all except drinking my xcelerate in my normal cup of coffee, and if I need a pick me up around 2 I'll drink a watermelon. I have consistently taken power of 3 daily, as well as G3 and Stack. I've noticed that after the 2 weeks, I'm not as affected by the G3 as I was at first, I can tell my gut health in improving.

I have been able to just go to sleep at night. I was going to bed by 7 but watching TV, snacking in bed and then in the morning I was waking up not rested at all, I was tired, grouchy, uncomfortable, and unhappy with myself.

The last 2 nights, I stayed up a little longer and went right to sleep, I wake up a little before my alarm (even if I don't get up), and I feel rested and ready for the day. Even on the weekends I'm naturally waking up at 7! (Just ask Lynda Welch Schisler, that's not normal for me 😅)
