my absolute FAVORITE dessert of all times !!!!!!!

what you need !!

- dates

- vanilla protein powder

- pumpkin seeds

- sunflower seeds

- chia seeds

- hemp seeds

- pink himalayan salt

- 100% dark chocolate (or whatever your favorite is)

1. pit your dates — either arrange onto a sheet connecting each date to form a bark, or keep separate for bite size pieces

2. mix your vanilla protein with water until pudding like consistency

3. fill each date with a scoop of protein

4. melt your dark chocolate and drizzle over the protein pudding

5. top with all of your seeds and salt (+ choice of other toppings)

6. set in freezer for about an hour or until fully hardened

7. break apart (if in bark form) and ENJOY !!
