why you still don’t have your dream body !!!
these people aren’t not seeing results because they don’t know what to do… it’s because they don’t want to change & feel uncomfortable
to actually change your body, you have to start doing the things most people avoid:
* saying no when you’d normally say yes
* showing up even when you don’t feel like it
* choosing long term results over short term comfort
* letting go of habits you KNOW aren’t serving you
everyone wants the end result… but not everyone is willing to live the lifestyle it takes to get there
i know this because i used to be the girl who “tried everything” but what i thought was everything… wasn’t
the moment i actually made REAL changes was when everything started changing
sometimes it takes feeling so uncomfortable, frustrated, or insecure that staying the same finally feels worse than changing
if i had to start over, i’d do this:
✨ pick ONE habit and lock in on it
✨ make it your daily non-negotiable for 2 weeks
✨ then stack from there
stop trying to do everything at once !!! that’s how you burn out
yes it’s hard. yes it’s uncomfortable. but it gets easier… and eventually it becomes effortless
if you’re ready to actually change your life, not just “try” again… i got you 💖 1:1 coaching in bio

Achieving your dream body isn’t just about knowing the right workouts or diets; it’s mostly about embracing discomfort and making lasting lifestyle changes. I remember when I first started my fitness journey—I thought trying lots of different methods would get me results quickly. But what really made the difference was when I stopped trying to do everything at once and focused on one habit at a time. For example, I committed to drinking more water daily for two weeks and turned it into a non-negotiable part of my routine. Once that became effortless, I added morning stretching, then regular meal prepping. This stacking approach helped me avoid burnout and made the changes feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Another important factor is consistency. It’s tempting to skip sessions or give in to comfort, but showing up even on days when motivation is low is crucial. It’s during those uncomfortable moments of pushing through that real progress happens. Saying no to certain social events or snacks that don’t serve your goals can be tough, but that discipline builds over time and becomes second nature. I also learned to let go of habits I knew weren’t helping me, even if they were enjoyable in the short term. Choosing long-term results over short-term comfort means sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone, feeling frustrated or insecure, but recognizing that staying the same is no longer acceptable. If you’re ready to stop only “trying” and start truly changing, my advice is to pick one habit, lock in on it daily for two weeks, then stack on from there. This method helped me transform my body and mindset, and it can do the same for you. Remember, it’s hard at first, but as these habits become effortless, you’ll find yourself closer to your dream body with every step.
