I Ruined My Hair 😭

So maybe 4 years ago i dyed my hair for the first time ever. I was going through a lot and had a “why not” moment.

My hair was healthy and flourishing before that.

Of course the bleach and all weighed on my hair so it become brittle and just ugh. It got thin and my curls/coils started to loosen 😭

Fast forward ⏩ i ended up getting on meds that made my hair fall out after i stopped and now its even thinner.

Ive never been into haircare if I’m being honest but i use to hate my hair. Matter of fact the first time i really started wearing it out is when i met my now boyfriend because he makes me feel so comfy in my skin 😍🥰

Now I’m on a mission to revive and nurture my hair. I have no idea what my hair type is.. I’m assuming 4c 💁🏾‍♀️

Any tips on haircare appreciated ladies (with love) 💕🫶🏾

Oh and i cant afford a beautician soooo all me 😭🥹
