How I REVIVED my wellbeing after homeless!
You don’t hear much about the process of recentering yourself after a traumatic experience like homelessness. I’d like to share how I reestablished my center.
Wellness Habits:
🧘🏾♀️Habit 1:Yoni Steam
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: The Yoni (womb) tends to hold a lot of trauma for women. The steam with proper herbs helps relieve physical and spiritual ailments.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 2: Mani & Pedi
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Nothing makes me feel more put together a mani/pedi spa treatment at my favorite salon!
🧘🏾♀️Habit 3: Divination
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Tarot, cowrie or psychic readings from my trusted and long established reader gives me the proper insight and confidence to continue forward on my future plans.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 4:A Spiritual Bath
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: An ancient practice of a blend of herbs also known as a white bath to reset the energetic body.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 5:A good ole 90 minute deep tissue massage.
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Nothing like having a licensed massage therapist to work out the knots and kinks. I felt like a new woman after! So much relief! Especially after the move.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 6: Mantra “I deserve this and more” & therapy
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Acknowledging that despite this “tower moment” in my life I am deserving and worthy of good things. Having talks wirh my licensed therapist to work on my mindset shift helped a ton!
