Welcome to my baby apothecary corner! I traded my medicine cabinet for an apothecary corner over the years and I couldn’t be happier and healthier 😉!

Below, are the following supplements I use throughout the year to optimize my health. Some are year round usage like Lions Mane for my #adhd while supplements like Clear Lungs were formulated for a heavy #sickday .

The tinctures labeled Rest & Restoration and Clear Lung have multiple ingredients like ashwaganda to help with anxiety and the other for support of healing the lung of any respiratory issues.

This isn’t all my supplements and herbs but just the main ones I used the most. It took me a few years to find an herbalist and the right supplements that work for me.
