Ultimate Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪🍫

I wanted to share my personal recipe of my favorite cookies ever 😍 they’re so delicious, you need to give it a try. 😋

Ingredients:

1 Egg (Large)

1 Egg Yolk

1 Cup Butter (2 sticks of butter 🧈)

1 Cup of Brown Sugar (light/dark)

1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla extract

1 Tsp of salt (you can skip this step if you use salted butter)

2 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Baking Powder

2 Tsp Cornstarch

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Milk Chocolate Chips

White Chocolate Chips

Crushed Oreos

Directions:

1. Combine wet ingredients first (butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla extract) in a bowl. Make sure the butter is softened to make the mixing process easier.

2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt)

3. Now you can pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and form your cookie dough.

4. Now for the fun part. Once you have your dough, you can add all your chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. I didn’t add any measurements because I just put as much as my heart desires so I’ll leave that up to you guys on how much you want.

5. Then you can roll your cookie dough balls. Once again, I do freestyle and don’t measure the size of each ball but, if you would like you could always use a cookie scoop. I also like to freeze my cookie dough after this step for about 30 mins. Freezing cookie dough helps with flavor and texture and the cookie won’t spread as much when baking. But if you would like to skip this step that’s okay as well!

6. Preheat your Oven to 350 degrees F. Line your cookie tray with parchment paper and place your cookie dough. Now bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are nice and brown.

7. Once you pull the cookies out the oven, let it chill for about 10 minutes.
