I despise dusting so I taught my son, who was 3, how to dust. He just loved dusting & considered it fun/game time. One day he was at "Auntie Janet's" (he loved it there; she was my best friend) One such day, I went to work & she asked him to dust. About 10 minutes go by & here AJ is calling for him. She couldn't see him anywhere. She finally told him game time was over & to quit hiding. He peeks from under the tablecloth on her end table and says he is here. She asked him what he was doing & he shows her how polished her wooden antique table is....the underneath of the table ❣️ Poor AJ had to sit, laugh, thank him & hug him. She told me this story when I came to get him & there John Albert stood, so proud of his thorough job…Auntie Janet also taught him how to write his name in one afternoon. They sure did love each other. AJ is in Heaven now and really made a difference in his life, and he in hers. When you are a parent, sometimes "it takes a Village."❤️
