I got a total of $135.12 refunded!

The cat & jack refund policy is true! My daughter is a 2 year old Target girly & I had yet to try it! I’ve thrown away and given away so many cat & jack items she could no longer fit or soiled.

Target takes EVERYTHING back! For a FULL refund you can’t beat that!

& unlike most places they give you 💰CASH 💰 if you paid cash, return to card or gift card if you no longer have the card.

I had a total of 14 items!

Only thing is you have to have the receipt (I have the app so I have all of my receipts digital), return within a year of purchase date, and it takes a long time for them to key in each item manually.

I hope this helped! #Deals #lemon8challenge #lemon8diarychallenge

... Read moreAfter my amazing $135 Cat & Jack refund experience at Target, I realized how many parents might not know the ins and outs of their return policy, especially when it comes to children's apparel. It inspired me to share more tips, because who doesn't love getting money back for items your little ones have outgrown or, let's be honest, completely destroyed? That's what makes the Cat & Jack policy so great! First off, let's talk about those all-important receipts. The original article mentioned using the app for digital receipts, which is an absolute lifesaver! If you're wondering how to make sure all your Target purchases are linked, it's pretty simple. Always scan your Target app at checkout. This automatically saves your purchase history, making returns seamless. No more digging through bags for a crumpled paper receipt! This digital trail also helps if you ever need to access purchase details for things like the informtarget.com survey or just to track spending, ensuring you always have a record. But what if you forgot your app or paid with cash? While paper receipts are best, Target usually offers options. For most items, if you don't have a receipt, they might offer a merchandise return card for the item's lowest selling price in recent history. However, for Cat & Jack items, having that digital or physical receipt within the one-year window is key for a full refund, especially if the item is well-loved or even soiled (yes, really!). Regarding "how long does Target refund take," my experience was that the in-store processing, where they manually key in each item, can be a bit lengthy if you have a lot of things, like my 14 items! But once they're done, cash refunds are immediate. For refunds back to a card, it usually takes about 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account. Sometimes it can be quicker, sometimes a little longer, depending on your bank. It's always a good idea to keep your return receipt from Target until you see the refund posted. Beyond Cat & Jack, it's good to remember Target's general return policy is quite generous, typically 90 days for most items with a receipt. But specific brands like Cat & Jack or their owned brands often have extended return windows. Always double-check their official policy online or ask a team member if you're unsure. Knowing these details can save you so much hassle and ensure you get the most value back from your purchases. It's truly a game-changer for parents!
