After my first pregnancy in 2013, I managed to lose 10kg by focusing on balanced nutrition and light exercise suited to my postpartum body. By 2021, following my second pregnancy and coping with thyroid, I weighed around 90kg. The journey wasn’t easy but setting realistic goals made a great difference. Losing 23kg was possible through a combination of healthy eating habits, moderate physical activity, and support groups like #coachjassi that keep motivation high.
