Homemade Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
When picking out your chicken breasts I recommend getting them from behind the counter. Most of the time they're cheaper and a better quality. Then when your ready to cook, butterfly your chicken into thinner pieces and start poking holes to get your chicken tenders and it'll speed up the frying process so your not eating oily overcooked chicken. Season and fry as you would usually do for chicken. For toppings i added mayo, mustard, and mozzarella cheese.
