A big breakfast to start the day brings me joy because its the first delicious thing I get to eat when I wake up. Specifically the weekends are when I can make a big breakfast but that just makes it even more special. Starting your day right can guide the rest of your day to be great as well. Next some good steak tacos can make any sad day happy. I love loading them up with toppings too especially if we have sour cream. That first bite when you realize you make tacos just as good as your favorite taco truck, ugh it just makes me hungry thinking about it. Next is my favorite meal, a tasty Italian beef sandwich. They can come dry or wet and sloppy. I love mine extra wet with lots of hot peppers. This is my ultimate comfort meal too. Lastly shaved Brussels sprouts allows me to use my favorite kitchen utensil. Ill have all these sprouts to chop and my slicer and ill just zone out. The Continuous chopping allows my brain to relax and turn off for just a little bit. But not too much! because the chopper is very sharp.
