Dinosaur Bone Birria Tacos

I wanted to make my own home made Birria sauce, but the store i went to didn't have all the ingredients I would've needed. BUT they did have this pre-made simmer sauce which turned out great! I was nervous because sometimes prepackaged sauces or simmers have an off taste too them or they wouldn't have enough flavor. This sauce was the opposite, i would buy it again in a hot second. I sautéed the meat first in my big pot and then added some garlic and onions, and lastly the sauce. Let it cook on low heat for like 2 to 3 hours, turning and stirring every so often. And after a while that meat will fall off the bone giving you that shredded meat you'll need for your tacos. 1000/10 would recommend if you dont feel like making the sauce from scratch.
