ดานังเป็นเมืองที่นอกจากจะมีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติสวยงามแล้ว ยังเป็นแหล่งรวมของกินที่น่าลิ้มลองสุด ๆ โดยเฉพาะสายกินที่ชอบบรรยากาศคาเฟ่เก๋ๆ หรือของกินพื้นบ้านแบบเวียดนามแท้ ๆ ผมเองได้ลองไปเที่ยวและชิมอาหารตามร้านที่แนะนำ ทั้ง Reply 1988 ที่เน้นธีมร้านแน่น ๆ แถมมุมถ่ายรูปเยอะมาก และ Trinh Café ที่มัทฉะเข้นข้นถูกใจสายหวานน้อยแบบผมสุด ๆ นอกจากนี้ Pizza 4P’s ที่นำเสนอพาสต้าและพิซซ่ารสเข้มข้นถือว่าเป็นตัวเลือกดีๆ สำหรับใครที่อยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศจากอาหารเวียดนาม ครีมปูเข้มข้นทำให้นึกถึงร้านอาหารแนวยุโรปเลยทีเดียว สำหรับคนรักซีฟู้ด แนะนำ Hải sản Mộc quán ที่อาหารทะเลสดใหม่ มีทั้งโจ๊กปลาและผัดผักที่อร่อยมาก ใครพกน้ำจิ้มไทยไปด้วยจะยิ่งฟิน เพราะช่วยขับรสชาติได้ดี อีกหนึ่งร้านซีฟู้ดแนะนำคือ Hải Sản Bé Ni 2 ที่ให้ลูกค้าเลือกวัตถุดิบเองตามความชอบและน้ำหนักที่ต้องการ ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่สนุกในการสั่งอาหาร สายของว่างคงไม่พลาด All Day Banh mi ที่ขนมปังกรอบและไส้แน่นจัดเต็ม หรือถ้าอยากลองเฝอแบบเวียดนามแท้ ๆ ผมแนะนำ Co ba pho bo เพราะใกล้โรงแรม สะดวกและรสชาติดี ส่วน An thoi ร้านที่มีรางวัลการันตี รอคิวนานแต่คุ้มค่า ทั้งรสชาติดีและบริการประทับใจ ดานังเป็นเมืองที่เดินทางง่าย ใช้บริการแกร็บสะดวก มีร้านอาหารหลากหลายให้เลือกในราคาย่อมเยา ข้อดีอีกอย่างคือแม้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอาจไม่เยอะ แต่การท่องเที่ยวในแง่ของการกินถือว่าฟินมาก จึงเหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ชอบลิ้มรสและตะลุยกินเที่ยวในเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์แบบนี้ ควรตั้งเป้าทริปให้เป็นทริปกินแบบเต็มอิ่มแล้วคุณจะหลงรักดานังไม่แพ้เมืองอื่นในเวียดนามเลยทีเดียว
