Potato Soup 🥔
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cream cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 bag of hash brown
- 1 box of chicken broth
- bacon bits
- shredded cheese
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
** You will need a large sized crockpot **
How to prepare-
- Pour hash browns first, chicken broth, cream of chicken, then cream cheese.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly across the top.
- Sprinkle 3/4 tsp rosemary.
- Mix all well. Leave cream cheese on top to melt evenly.
- After mixed, sprinkle bacon bits across evenly two times.
Cook-
- Turn on high for 3 hours.
- Make sure to stir every hour.
- Once 3 hours on high is done, turn 1-2 hours low.
Enjoy! It’s amazing with shredded cheese and added bacon bits😋
