It’s Soup SZN!! Cheesy Loaded Potato Soup

Overall rating:10 /10: sooo good, keeps you warm, lightweight and addictiving.

Ingredients: potatoes, onions, chives, bacon, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, broccoli, sour cream, garlic bread and asparagus( if you want), cheese and seasonings to your liking.

Detailed Steps:

Boil your water first, add salt to the water to help boil faster and add flavor to the potatoes

Cut potatoes into cubes

Add potatoes to boiling water

And then let the potatoes cook for a minute, then add the broccoli to the same water

Cut onions

Cut chives

Cook bacon in pan

use the bacon grease and put you onions and garlic in (you can use celery too, but I just used broccoli in mine)

Season it

Let cook

Cut bacon up

add two table spoons of flour into the onions and garlic

Then add chicken broth (I didn’t measure, I just eye balled it) (how ever much soup you want depends)

Then add heavy whipping cream (I use half of the small carton)

Add some of the bacon you cooked inside

Let cook

Then add cheese slowly (I added cheese about three to four times)

Mix it all together

Once potatoes and broccoli are done in the big pot

Remove the water and add the soup

Season it and mix

Place in bowl. With cheese on top, then sour cream, some bacon on top and chives

And enjoy !!
