Eat right

When wanting to start working out, you must have a set meal plan for each day of the week. Here's an easy one right here you can make and it should last you throughout the week ,week in a half if you stretch it and have other good protein snacks in between.

-1 lb of chicken Tenderloins

- Birds Eye California blend mix of frozen vegetables

- (I can't cook rice lol) I shop at a local market( Foodlion or Walmart) for Ben's original ready rice (WHOLE GRAIN BROWN) take 90 seconds in the microwave and it's ready lol 🤷🏼‍♂️

-chicken broth

For your seasonings I just toss Lemon 🍋 pepper on it and mix it all together

Here are the steps 🤩🤯😋

**Again you can use any seasoning of your preference **

1.) have that chicken thawed out ready to slice up. I take the tendon out and then cut into small bite size pieces.

2.)Pan ready set heat bout over medium between 6-7 Tbl spoon of butter 🧈 orrrrrr olive 🫒 oil.

2.) Once heat is ready toss that chicken all of it in the pan COVER WITH A LID! <- important

3.) While chicken cooking go ahead and get you a cup or two of them frozen vegetables ADD LITTLE WATER 💦 and throw it in the microwave for about 2-2 in a half minuets to a boil. (You can boil this in a pot. Your choice but this is faster)

3.) Check on that chicken 🍗 see if it's turned soft and white and if full cooked because it would just fall apart... it's supposed to just fall apart like that, TOSS them vegetables 🥕 🥦 in the pot and mix that up together and KEEP THE LID ON.

4.) Open that rice 🍚 up 1' gap and warm that up in the microwave for 90 seconds (1:30)

5.) Once thats done, open the top of the bag more so you can get ready to TOSS that in the pan as well with everything else. Mix all that up and KEEP THE LID CLOSED!

6.) Last but not least dump that chicken broth in the same pot with everything else mix all that up and let it settle for about 5-10 minuets with the LID CLOSED! After you should be good 😊 👍🏼 to eat or prep it how ever you want! 😎😁

ENJOY!!💪🏼😎
