Gimbap is one of those foods I can have anytime of the day because of how simple, easy and delicious they are! With the right ingredients, you can make it at home in under 45 minutes - even quicker if you prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients:

— Sushi rice

— Rice vinegar

— Sesame oil

— Choice of veggies (I chose carrots and cucumbers)

— Choice of protein (I chose tofu but choose whatever you’d like!)

— Sesame seeds (for garnish)

— Tofu sauce:

- Chasiu sauce (Chinese BBQ sauce)

- Oyster sauce (use either vegan version or hoisin)

- Sugar

- Salt

- Buldak spicy sauce

- Soy sauce

— Egg(s)

— Nori sheet
