I particularly love brewing a warm cup in my favorite blue ceramic mug, it’s such a comforting ritual. Let's talk about some of the powerhouses from my tea cupboard: Peppermint Tea: This isn't just for upset stomachs! When I feel congested, a hot cup of peppermint tea works wonders as a natural decongestant. The menthol helps to open up nasal passages, making it easier to breathe. I often find myself sipping on this when my sinuses are really acting up, and it provides a quick, refreshing relief. It’s definitely earned its spot as one of the best herbal teas for allergies. Ginger Tea: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, ginger has been a fantastic ally against that scratchy throat and general 'allergy malaise.'
