Why do runners like to buy new shoes when their legs aren't ready?

Why do runners like to buy new shoes when their legs aren't ready?

Many runners don't lack shoes.

But lack of confidence

"Are your own legs ready enough?"

This may be why many people like to buy new shoes.

Both the practice schedule remained uneven.

Easy Run is still too fast.

Muscles are not yet strong.

Recovery is still bad.

And the legs still don't get enough rehearsal loads

But when I saw the new shoes coming out,

We feel that....

This couple should help run better.

This couple should have put Pace down.

This couple should make Long Run more comfortable.

This pair should have ensured the day of the race.

This pair is probably the answer to the problem we are facing.

Sometimes we buy shoes.

It's not because the old shoes don't work.

But because we want to buy ourselves "hope."

Hope to run better.

Hopefully it hurts less.

Hoping to come back on fire.

Hopefully it feels like a more serious runner.

Hopefully the new one will take us to our goal more easily than ever.

And to admit, these days running shoes actually help us more.

Better foam

Lighter weight

Bounce up. Rebound up.

Supports are better.

Put on and have more fun.

Some pairs actually save us strength in certain situations.

But the problem is,

Shoes help.

But the shoes never rehearsed for us.

New shoes may make us feel faster.

But that doesn't mean our bodies are ready to get more speed.

Bouncing shoes may help make the pace more fun.

But that doesn't mean our hamstrings, calves, knees, hips and soles are ready to take more shocks.

Carbon shoes may help on race day

But that doesn't mean we can skip the basic steps of training.

Because in the end

Things that really took us a better run.

Not just the underfoot.

But what's in the leg.

In the respiratory system.

In the heart

And in the discipline that we create repeatedly every week,

A lot of runners like to change shoes.

But don't like changing rehearsal behavior.

Buy Recovery Shoes

But not enough sleep.

Buy Easy Run Shoes

But also run Easy into Tempo every time.

Buy Racing Shoes

But won't build an aerobic base.

Buy shoes at Good Supports

But refuses to train foot, calf, hip and trunk core muscles.

Buy light shoes.

But also carrying expectations too hard every time out running.

This is where we have to be honest with ourselves.

New shoes could be an inspiration.

But it should not become an excuse for us to avoid various basic drills.

Because runners' basic jobs are often not sexy.

Run slow enough.

Practice evenly.

Gradually increase the range.

Rest to be

Eat enough.

Sleep well

Strength Training

Admit that the body is not ready today.

And do not deceive yourself that new things will solve everything.

Good shoes are important.

But ready legs are more important.

The right shoes help us run more comfortably.

Reduce some risks.

And make rehearsals more fun.

But the shoes can't compensate.

An impatient rehearsal.

Not enough breaks.

Or an unloaded body.

Sometimes before buying a new pair of shoes.

We might have to ask ourselves,

"We really need this pair of shoes.

Or are we wanting to buy the feeling that we're better? "

Because being a good runner

Didn't start with having the most pairs of shoes.

But it starts with knowing

Which shoes are suitable for our body?

Fits our target

Fits our leg condition

And really suitable for the rehearsals we do

It's not a rehearsal we want people to see that we do.

Can buy shoes....Not guilty at all.

Runners love shoes are normal.

Some pairs really make us want to go out and run.

Some pairs give us fire back.

Some couples make running a lot more fun.

But only request....Don't give me new shoes.

Become a shortcut that makes us forget to create our own legs.

Because finally, the best shoes

I still need a body ready to use it.

And a really strong runner.

Not the one with the latest model of shoes before anyone else.

But people who understand that

The stuff under our feet might help take us forward.

But it's the ready legs that take us even further.
