MY ✨SHOWER ROUTINE✨
i absolutely love seeing these kind of posts for some reason … so here’s mine!
🚿 1st step is to, prior getting in the shower, dry brushing!!! this has so many benefits like exfoliating, improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, reduced cellulite, detoxification & an energizing effect!
🚿 Second step is always to conquer my hair first, I love and live by using the Redken All Soft line!!! It works SO well for my type of hair and I don’t see myself stopping my use of it anytime soon!!
🚿 3rd, i love to shave next & i use my HOLY GRAIL, which is the eos shave cream! i’ve been using it for years and it’s my go-to everytime!!
🚿 quickly after shaving, i wash my face, my face is very sensitive so i do it very lightly with a small amount of face wash. the cerave cream to foam is PERFECT for my dry skin, eczema and perioral dermatitis
🚿 next & lastly i use my goto, perfect for sensitive skin- body wash, which is the aveeno daily moisturizer body wash - it has no scent & seriously moisturizes SO WELL.
🚿 my miscellaneous items consist of my dry brush ofc, a duo razor for the girl 🐱 & a pumice stone for my feet!
POST SHOWER TIME!!!
🧴 i always use this skincare out of the shower: neutrogena hydroboost gel, elf booster drops & elf eye cream. when it’s needed i add my opzulera or prescription eczema ointments! this degree deodorant has been my go-to for years but i lowkey might switch???? idk! but my staple recently has been the eos vanilla cashmere lotion paired with the “brazilian caramel dreams” spray from five below, which is a perfect dupe for sol de jinero’s 62 scent!
💈i ALWAYS, literally never don’t, use mizani’s miracle milk while brushing out my hair- as someone with thick and naturally curly hair… idk how i brushed mine without it for so long!!! usually i let my hair air dry but if i feel like spicing something up i use my trio of mizani’s true textures line to enhance & bring out my natural curls & of course- end that with diffusing my hair!!
