When you have a little bit of everything in the fridge, make onigiris or a quick rice dish! I should’ve scrambled some eggs to add in this!😩🍳🍙

✎ Ingredients:

*rice

*rice vinegar

*sesame oil

*kewpie mayo

*gochujang

*imitation crab

*chinese sausage

*seaweed flakes

Directions:

1. Microwave rice and any leftovers you’re planning to use.

2. In a bowl, add everything and rice vinegar, sesame oil, kewpie mayo, and gochujang and mix.

Enjoy as is or make onigiris with it!😮‍💨
