Crab Cakes:
1 lb lump crab meat
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Remoulade Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped capers
1 Tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp hot sauce (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, egg, Dijon, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs, parsley, celery, red onion, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in crab meat.
2️⃣ Shape into 4 patties and chill 30 minutes to firm up.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook crab cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
4️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together all remoulade ingredients until smooth and chill until serving.
5️⃣ Serve crab cakes hot with a generous dollop of remoulade on the side or drizzled on top.
