𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞.

We grow up with an idea of jobs we can do. You can be a teacher, a nurse, a lawyer, etc.

Being an 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫 wasn’t even in the conversation.

Because the truth is, most people are 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 being told what to do

than building something of their own.

In a typical 9-5 job, you typically will have a boss. You’re working on 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐄𝐋𝐒𝐄’𝐒 schedule.

But when you have your own business? You have to have 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒, 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓-𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, and a 𝑙𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙 𝑜𝑓 𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑚𝑜𝑠𝑡 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑛’𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜.

No one is coming to save you, no one is going to do the work for you.

That’s why I’m so big on 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Because the version of you that wants more has to be built.

𝐒𝐨 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 for “normal” and you’re actually ready to SHOW UP, stay CONSISTENT, and do the work, 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏.

If this is what you’re looking for, I’m just a message away.

Comment “𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐎𝐌” & I’ll show you what this could look like for you.

... Read moreGrowing up, many of us are conditioned to follow a traditional career path with a clear structure and predictable routine. Becoming an entrepreneur challenges all of that by requiring you to take full ownership of your time, decisions, and results. This shift can be overwhelming, especially for those used to working under a boss or within established schedules. From my own experience, the transition into entrepreneurship demanded more than just business skills—it required cultivating deep self-discipline and a growth mindset. Unlike a standard job, where tasks and expectations are assigned, entrepreneurship means you're constantly pushing yourself to initiate, problem-solve, and stay consistent even when motivation dips. One practical approach I found helpful was setting daily routines and small achievable goals that kept momentum going. Building these habits created a framework of accountability that replaced external oversight. I also invested in personal development through books, podcasts, and mentoring, which helped me shift my mindset from fear of failure to embracing challenges as learning opportunities. It's true that not everyone is wired for this kind of freedom and responsibility. It takes courage to accept that no one else will be managing your progress, and you have to be ready to show up daily with dedication. But for those willing to commit, the rewards include not only business success but also personal growth and fulfillment. If you're considering entrepreneurship, be honest with yourself about your readiness to develop discipline and resilience. Remember, it's a journey of building the 'version of you' that can thrive independently. And while the path might be tough, it can lead to a rewarding life where you design your own success on your terms.
