It's okay to be vulnerable

The truth is ..I’m 29..I’m a single mom..and it’s been really hard putting myself out there and recovering from my split with my daughter’s father. It’s been over 3 years and it’s hard to feel optimistic about building the family I’ve always dreamt of. As time goes on, that idea seems further and further away. Dating has been really hard, lonely, and defeating. Sometimes it really does make you feel unlovable. I’ve been trying to pour into myself and my daughter as much as possible and believe that my time will come when it’s meant to. I’ve been trying to stay strong and positive and most days I am; but some days I just don’t want to have to be strong. I’m not someone who shares this part of my life publicly but I know that they’re are a lot of women who probably feel the same way and have the same struggles and I just want to show that we’re all just human dealing with the same struggles. It’s okay to be vulnerable and not always have your shit together. Just gonna keep doing the best I can and hopefully have a more positive update in the future 💞
