How to Begin Habit Tracking: My Personal Journey
The other day, my friends and I were talking about our routines—the negative habits we want to leave behind and the positive ones we’d love to incorporate into our daily lives. This conversation made me realize that taking on big changes all at once can feel overwhelming. But instead of waiting for the “perfect” moment, I’m committing to building positive habits one step at a time.
Starting tomorrow (03/03/2025), I’m making two small but impactful changes:
✔ Meditating for at least 15 minutes every day
✔ Working out five times a week
I’m starting this journey now because I want to improve my overall health, be more present in my daily life, and create more time for my family and hobbies. By tracking my progress, I hope to stay motivated and hold myself accountable.
