Weekend recap
⭐️Overall rating: 2.5 /5:
- quick weekend recap I went to Ross and Big lots just to look around. Big lots is so slept on they have some good stuff for the home.
At Ross: 🛍️ I ended up buying a pair of high rise flare Levi’s from Ross for 11.99 as a markdown price. The holiday season really did its thing there wasn’t anything good in the store. I did consider buying the green sofa for my bedroom it was $179.99 the greyish one was cute too
At Big Lot: 🛍️ a lot of people sleep on big lots I love them for little snack runs and some furniture. However, this wasn’t my most favorable trip (the furniture was really run down and raggedy) except for that egg chair - I am on the hunt for one - this one was a little on the expensive for it to big lots it’s $350 but it does swivel.

This weekend, I explored two frequently underrated stores: Ross and Big Lots. Ross offers an array of discounted apparel, where I found high-rise flare Levi’s for just $11.99. Many shoppers overlook Ross, thinking the selections are limited, yet the markdowns can lead to incredible finds. Big Lots, meanwhile, is often a go-to for home essentials and snacks, though my latest visit was less impressive. I noticed that the furniture options were a bit worn out, but there was a standout egg chair that caught my eye at $350. These trips highlight the importance of exploring less popular options before heading to more mainstream retailers. Shoppers can sometimes discover hidden gems that offer quality items at a fraction of expected prices. If you're on the hunt for unique home decor or fashion at reasonable prices, venturing into stores like Ross and Big Lots can prove rewarding. Keep an open mind and check frequently for new stock and markdowns, especially as the holiday season approaches!
