Turning off devices at least 30 minutes before bed helps in reducing blue light exposure, improving sleep quality and thus, skin regeneration. One homemade remedy I personally use is placing chilled cucumber slices or green tea bags on my eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. These natural coolants calm swelling and brighten the under-eye area instantly. Elevating your head slightly during sleep is another overlooked tip. It prevents fluid from settling under your eyes, helping reduce overnight puffiness.
