The Word of God is Eternal

Lately, I've been reflecting a lot on how quickly things change around us. One day something feels certain, the next it's completely different. It can be really unsettling, right? Material possessions, relationships, even our own strength and plans – they all have an expiration date, in a way. But then, in stunning contrast, we're reminded that 'the word of our God endures forever.' This isn't just about the Bible as a book, but about God's revealed truth, His promises, His character, and His decrees. It’s a declaration that what God says is always true, always relevant, and always powerful, no matter the era or our personal situation. For me, this is like finding an anchor in a raging storm. Knowing that there's something absolutely constant and reliable gives my spirit such peace. And it’s not just Isaiah! Another powerful verse that reinforces this is Malachi 3:6, where God Himself declares, 'I the Lord do not change.' This adds another layer of profound assurance. It's not just His word that endures, but He, the speaker of the word, is unchanging. This means His love for us doesn't waver, His promises aren't withdrawn, and His justice and mercy remain consistent.
