Amazfit Helio Strap Review
Yesterday, try two wrist weapons along the way.
On one side is the Apple Watch + Fitbod app that helps thoroughly log the warlock lift.
On the other side is the Amazfit Helio Strap that focuses on analysis within the body, training time.
The result is very interesting.
Apple Watch (via Fitbod App)
• Record every training detail:
• Barbell Incline Bench Press → 40kg (Volume 760kg, Est. Strength 49.2kg)
• Dumbbell Fly → 10kg (Volume 620kg, Est. Strength 14.2kg)
• Hanging Knee Raise → 33 reps (Est. Strength 12.8 reps)
• Strengths: Fitbod will finish calculating volume, estimated strength, rep → like having a personal Trainer who writes down every set of every rep.
• Weaknesses: The Apple Watch itself does not analyze body fatigue or recovery. It takes a "feeling" to decide whether to continue training or enough.
Amazfit Helio Strap
• Tell VO ❣ Max, HR Zone and Recovery Effect
• VO ❣ Max: 52 ml / kg / min (5% → aerobic base)
• Heart Rate Zone: 38% in cardio zone, 36% fat burn
• Training Effect: 2.9 (aerobic), 4.7 (anaerobic) → Frankly speaking, how hard he was training.
• There's an active muscle graph. You can see that yesterday the chest-arm-shoulder focus
• Strengths: Like a sports coach who concludes, "Which muscles have been hit, how much fire is left in your body?"
• Weaknesses: Not to record a fine dumbbell / barbell weight like Fitbod
Personally used together and very fun:
Apple Watch = Provides "Tangible Figures"
Amazfit = gives "advice on how resistant the body is."
The amazing thing is...
At the start, just click on Strength Training mode on Amazfit Helio Strap and then lift the weight as usual.
And when the rehearsal was done, it showed:
• Which muscles are most heavily used (chest, shoulders, arms, red)
• Training Effect → Separate Both Aerobic Effect 2.9 / Anaerobic Effect 4.7
• Recovery → How many days does it take for a muscle to recover?
I was like, "Hey, how did he know we were focusing on our shoulders?"
Don't waste time choosing one exercise at a time in Fitbod.
Simple summary
• Apple Watch + Fitbod = Fits people who like to track fine sets per set. Want to know the numbers: "How many kilos of benches are gone today?"
• Amazfit Helio Strap = Fits people who want to overview recovery. Know "Is the body ready to rehearse?" or "Is it too difficult today?"
This is a very clear difference.
• The Apple Watch provides "raw numbers."
• Amazfit provides "interpretation."
And these two things, if used together, are perfect.
