Apple Watch VS Amazfit Helio Strap

Last night, try on both the Apple Watch and the Amazfit Helio Strap to compare who is more accurate, who is finer, and who is easier to use.

Amazfit's fabric strap is comfortable, light, like it's not worn, but because it's not good at wearing the side, it's weird, but when you change the side you wear it often, it's okay.

• Resting HR: 57 bpm (below Apple Watch → more relaxed heart)

• HRV: 32 ms (higher than Apple Watch → better recovery)

• Stress: 51 = Normal

• Battery: Only 4% off all night

Strength → Easy to interpret. Like a fitness coach says, "Ready / Not Ready Today."

Weaknesses → Not Detailed Sleep Stage As Deep As Apple Watch

If compared to Whoop 4.0 (never actually used, but see a lot of reviews)

• Recovery Score (BioCharge-like) + Strain Score

• Sleep Coach tells me when to sleep

• Monthly payment required ~ 650 baht → 7,800 / year

Strength → Super Deep Analysis for Professional Athletes

Weaknesses → The cost is heavier than all of you.

If compared to a simple picture:

• Apple Watch is like a teacher → Explain it in detail, it suits a lot of people, but it depends on the app.

• Amazfit like a fitness coach → Let's say "rehearse / or rest first."

• Whoop Like an Olympic Athlete Coach → Deep Analysis But Expensive to Pay

Last night's case was also interesting - the Apple Watch says it sleeps well (8 hours over; 85% quality).

But Amazfit warned that BioCharge was just 59 / 100 →, concluding that it "works swaying but doesn't fit in brutal rehearsals."

Amazfit has an A.I. to analyze it, like Whoop through chatGPT, but ask once a day. If you want to ask more, you have to pay extra 499 ฿a year, but I don't think it's necessary because we can copy all the data to analyze it ourselves.

It's a long look at whether it's good because it's just been spent one night.
