Preparing for becoming a civil service host
The day has the opportunity to share experiences on the topic of "preparing to be a government event host," a role that goes beyond speaking on stage but is to administer both the "ceremonial order, atmosphere and authenticity of the work" to complete.
From the experience of the host, there are three main points.
🔹 Understanding the Script and the Ceremonial Order
The host must not only read the script, but understand the overview of the event, know when each session occurs, who continues the stage, and how the atmosphere should be connected to keep the event running smoothly and professionally.
🔹 The accuracy of the list and the position of the guest of honor.
Pronunciation of name-surname, including the position of an executive or adult on the job, is considered a detail of great importance. Examining information and practicing reading in advance is a step that teams always focus on, because "authenticity" is respect for associates.
🔹 The role of the host as stage conductor.
The host is the executor of the event, requiring cunning, communication, and engagement techniques to create engagement with the participants, making the event energetic, interesting, and without the silent phase that causes the atmosphere to stumble.
Every time you go on stage, you repeat to yourself:
A good host is not only the speaker, but the one who is the most prepared; and makes every element of the work perfectly connected.

หลายคนทักมาถามว่า “พิธีกรชาย” เวลาไปงานราชการต้องเตรียมตัวยังไงให้ดูมืออาชีพและไม่พลาดเรื่องละเอียดๆ ผมสรุปเป็นเช็กลิสต์ที่ใช้จริงก่อนขึ้นเวที (โดยเฉพาะงานที่มีพิธีการชัดเจน) เผื่อช่วยให้เตรียมตัวได้เป็นระบบขึ้นครับ 1) แต่งกายให้เข้ากรอบงาน + เผื่อแผนสำรอง งานราชการส่วนใหญ่ต้องการลุคสุภาพ เรียบร้อย เช่น สูทสีสุภาพ/เสื้อเชิ้ตเรียบ เนกไทตามความเหมาะสม ถ้าเป็นงานภาคสนามหรือโรดโชว์อย่าง Young Smart Consumers Road Show ผมจะเลือกชุดที่ดูทางการแต่คล่องตัว และพกของเล็กๆ ไว้เสมอ เช่น เข็มกลัด/เทปกาวสองหน้า/ผ้าเช็ดหน้า เพราะบนเวทีมีโอกาสเจอสถานการณ์ไม่คาดคิดตลอด 2) อ่าน “รันดาวน์” ให้เห็นภาพทั้งงาน ไม่ใช่แค่จำบท สิ่งที่ทำให้พิธีกรชายดูเป็นมืออาชีพคือการคุมภาพรวม: ช่วงเปิดงาน-กล่าวรายงาน-กล่าวเปิด-มอบเกียรติบัตร-ถ่ายภาพ-ปิดงาน ใครขึ้นต่อ ใครลงก่อน และมีคิวเชิญประธาน/ผู้บริหารตอนไหน ผมจะทำโน้ตสั้นๆ ติดไว้ เช่น “เชิญขึ้น-เชิญลง-เพลง-ไฟ-สไลด์” เพื่อไม่หลุดลำดับ 3) ตรวจชื่อ–นามสกุล/ตำแหน่งให้ชัวร์ และซ้อมออกเสียง งานราชการให้ความสำคัญกับตำแหน่งมาก ผมจะขอรายชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการจากทีมงาน แล้วอ่านออกเสียงซ้อม 2–3 รอบ โดยเฉพาะชื่อที่ไม่คุ้น หรือยศ/ตำแหน่งยาวๆ ถ้าไม่มั่นใจจริงๆ ให้ถามเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนขึ้นเวที ดีกว่าเดาแล้วพลาด 4) ประสานงานกับทีมหลังบ้านให้แน่น จากภาพบรรยากาศงานที่ต้องคุยกับทีมงานใส่หูฟังถือคลิปบอร์ด บอกเลยว่า “ทีมหลังบ้าน” คือคนช่วยชีวิตพิธีกร ผมจะตกลงสัญญาณกันไว้ เช่น นับถอยหลังขึ้นเวที, ส่งคิวเพลง, คิวสไลด์, จุดยืนไมค์ และวิธีแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเวลาต้องตัดช่วง/เร่งเวลา 5) เทคนิคคุมเวทีไม่ให้เงียบ (โดยไม่เล่นเกินพิธีการ) พิธีกรชายสามารถทำให้งานลื่นได้ด้วยประโยคเชื่อมสั้นๆ เช่น เกริ่นวัตถุประสงค์ก่อนเชิญผู้พูด หรือชวนผู้ร่วมงานเตรียมตัวปรบมือรับช่วงสำคัญ ถ้างานมีความเป็นกันเองแบบโรดโชว์ อาจใส่อารมณ์ขันเบาๆ ได้ แต่ควรอยู่ในกรอบสุภาพ และไม่ทำให้สาระของงานลดลง 6) แผนรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินบนเวที ไมค์ดับ สไลด์ไม่ขึ้น ประธานยังไม่มา หรือช่วงถ่ายภาพนานเกินเวลา ผมจะเตรียม “ประโยคกันตาย” ไว้ 2–3 แบบ เช่น เชิญผู้ร่วมงานพักสายตา/ตรวจเอกสาร/เตรียมโทรศัพท์สำหรับถ่ายภาพ และหันไปประสานทีมงานทันทีแบบเนียนๆ สรุปคือ พิธีกรชายที่คนจำได้ ไม่ใช่คนพูดเก่งอย่างเดียว แต่คือคนที่เตรียมพร้อมสุด ประสานงานเป็น และคุมจังหวะงานให้ทุกอย่างต่อกันแบบลื่นไหลครับ
