🦯OOTD Dressing Hiking (Rookie Walking)
⛰️ Hello, almost a month away from the channel review because I secretly went hiking today to ask for OOTD to dress up for hiking. For newbies, easy to dress, low cost, newbies can walk. 🌤️
• 👟 shoes that we choose this version of Adda because it is lightweight, affordable, recommend wearing socks. When walking down a steep path, it will not hurt your feet. Lightweight shoes when walking will allow us to walk more comfortably. This pair for this trip, I think it's okay. It's a little affordable 200.
• 🧦 water socks to wear. The more Adda is put in our chef's socks, the better.
• 👖 our pants are wearing leggings inside and shorts on the outside. This pair of pants that we wear is breathable, lightweight, dry and sensitive too. Affordable, less than 100 each. Or anyone can wear only leggings. ☺️
• 🎽 the shirt inside, we wear it as a sports bar and cover it with a long-sleeved top. This shirt is the same as small pants, it is comfortable, breathable, flexible, and they say sunscreen too, but we feel that it is cold, it is very comfortable, affordable, 100 a little worth it!
• 🦯 This hiking stick is a must, because it saves a lot of lives when we walk. This one will support our weight well.
• 🧤 gloves, at first I thought that it would not be better to use, but it should be there. The more to this forest is that there will be some times to node the rope if there is no broken gloves, of course. It helps to heal our hands very well.
• 🎒 our backpack to put our drinking things to eat on top. Because the forest that we walked with for eight kilometers may be hungry on the way, you can carry your food upstairs.
• 🎓 a hat to wear sunscreen or to put on each other, the branches will touch our head. Well, if anyone doesn't like to wear it, it's fine. But better to wear it, I will have to set my hair. What's complicated with wearing a hat is over. 😂

ถ้าเพิ่งเริ่มเดินป่าแล้วไม่รู้จะแต่งตัวยังไงให้ “เดินไหว + ดูดี + ไม่ทรมานตัวเอง” อันนี้คือเช็กลิสต์ที่เราใช้จริงแล้วรู้สึกช่วยมาก (โดยเฉพาะสายอยากแต่งตัวเดินป่าผู้หญิงเท่ๆ แบบโทนดำคลีนๆ) 1) หลักคิดเลือก “ชุดเดินป่าหญิง” ให้เดินสบาย - เน้นแห้งไว/ระบายอากาศ: ผ้าออกกำลังกายจะตอบโจทย์กว่าแฟชั่นจ๋า เพราะเหงื่อออกแล้วไม่เหนอะ - ใส่เป็นเลเยอร์: ด้านในเป็นสปอร์ตบรา/เสื้อรัดรูป แล้วทับเสื้อแขนยาวอีกชั้น จะช่วยกันแดด กันแมลง และลดรอยขีดข่วนจากกิ่งไม้ - กางเกง: ถ้ากลัวโป๊หรือไม่มั่นใจ เราชอบสูตร “เลกกิ้ง + กางเกงขาสั้น” ได้ทั้งความคล่องตัวและดูเป็นแฟชั่นเดินป่า ผู้หญิงแบบที่ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวย 2) รองเท้า + ถุงเท้า สำคัญกว่าที่คิด หลายคนโฟกัสแค่รองเท้า แต่สำหรับเรา “ถุงเท้า” คือของกันพัง โดยเฉพาะตอนลงทางชันหรือเดินทางโคลน ถุงเท้าช่วยลดการเสียดสี ทำให้ไม่กัด ไม่พองง่าย แนะนำเลือกแบบหนากำลังดีและกระชับข้อเท้า 3) อุปกรณ์เดินป่า ผู้หญิง ที่ควรมี (กันเจ็บ/กันลื่น) - ไม้เดินป่า: ช่วยถ่ายน้ำหนักตอนขึ้น-ลงชัน และช่วยทรงตัวเวลาเจอหินลื่นหรือข้ามลำธาร - ถุงมือ: ถ้าเส้นทางมีช่วงต้องจับเชือก/เกาะหิน ถุงมือช่วยเซฟมือมาก ลดแสบ ลดถลอก - หมวก + แว่นตา: กันแดด กันกิ่งไม้ และช่วยให้แต่งตัวจบแบบไม่ต้องเซ็ตผมเยอะ 4) กระเป๋าเป้ควรจัดอะไรไปบ้าง (สำหรับทริปประมาณหลายกิโล) - น้ำดื่ม (กะปริมาณให้พอ) + เกลือแร่ซองเล็ก - ขนมพลังงาน (ช็อกโกแลต กล้วย ขนมปัง) - พลาสเตอร์/ยาดม/ทิชชู่เปียก - ถุงกันน้ำหรือถุงซิปล็อกไว้ใส่มือถือ/ของสำคัญ เผื่อเจอฝนหรือทางน้ำตก 5) ทริคแต่งตัวให้เป็น “ชุดเดินป่าผู้หญิง แฟชั่น” แบบถ่ายรูปขึ้น - โทนสีดำ/เอิร์ธโทนจะเข้ากับป่าและน้ำตก ถ่ายแล้วดูเท่ - เลือกไอเท็มที่มีดีเทลนิดๆ เช่น หมวกทรงสวย หรือรองเท้าสีตัด จะทำให้ลุคดูตั้งใจแต่ยังพร้อมลุย ใครมีแพลนไปแนวน้ำตก/ทางชื้นๆ (แบบที่ต้องข้ามลำธารหรือเจอโคลน) แนะนำให้เน้นไอเท็มกันลื่นและแห้งไวเป็นหลัก แล้วค่อยเติมความแฟชั่นเข้าไป จะได้ทั้งความปลอดภัยและรูปสวยกลับบ้านค่ะ
