Leftover Maple Syrup Dressing

If you’re ever left with a little bit of maple syrup in a bottle and want to use it up, here’s my solution! Plus, I really needed a dressing for my salad for dinner!

- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp minced shallot

- 3/4 tsp kosher salt

- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Add everything together in a bottle or bowl and shake/mix until combined.
