Things to journal when my mind needs to slow down

When life feels loud inside your head, writing can create a little space to breathe.

Some things I write when everything feels overwhelming:

• What am I feeling right now?

• What actually happened today?

• What do I need most in this moment?

• What is one small thing I can do for myself?

• What is something I am thankful for today?

Journaling doesn’t have to be perfect.

Sometimes it’s just a place to put the noise.

Save this for the days your mind feels heavy. 🤍
