Releasing everything before the year ends
I find that I want everything to be perfect and when it’s not I let my disappointment consume me.
I want to step
into my purpose detached of an outcome I pictured for myself when God is the Artist of my life.
As the year draws to a close, many of us feel the urge to release burdens that have weighed heavily on our hearts. The idea of "releasing everything before the year ends" is more than just a phrase: it's a transformative practice that encourages letting go of perfectionism and unrealistic expectations. When we hold ourselves to impossible standards, disappointment can easily consume us. This cycle hinders our progress and keeps us trapped in a state of dissatisfaction. One powerful way to break free is to detach from outcomes we envision, recognizing that life unfolds in ways beyond our control. Embracing the belief that a higher power or the universe is the 'Artist of our life' allows us to trust the process and find peace, even when things don't go as planned. This mindset shift can open doors to true growth and self-awareness. Incorporating rituals such as visiting a 'smash room'—like the "Resel Jolo Smash Room" referenced—can be a physical and symbolic way to release pent-up frustration and anxiety. These spaces offer a safe environment to break objects and let go of negative energy, which can be profoundly cathartic as we prepare for a fresh start. By consciously choosing to let go of the pursuit of perfection and accepting the unpredictable nature of life, we create space for new opportunities and blessings. Stepping into our purpose with openness, especially as the year ends, can empower us to embrace personal transformation and live more authentically. Ultimately, this journey is about growth, healing, and trusting in the artistry of life itself.
