WHY IM STILL OVER WEIGHT (honest)

Hey friends! So since having my twin boys I’ve struggled with not being able to lose a single pound, I’ve only gained. I was 160 before getting pregnant, and it’s almost two years since having my boys and I’m at a steady 200. If I lose a few pounds I always gain it back and suck at keeping a consistent diet BUT I’m really on a kick right now with going back and forth between eating healthy and wanting to indulge in everything 😺anyway here’s an accurate look at what type of foods I go between eating. I’m just trying to be vulnerable while also being real for those who may feel discouraged about what they eat.
